Yes, that's working.

The scanner ist looking for a dependency starting from the base
directory. So "nmap_nse/gb_nmap_p2p_conficker.nasl" is a valid
dependency.

CR60 -> "Only exceptions: a) If they belong to one of the groups
already collected in another directory such as GSHB or the NSE
wrappers."

"gb_nmap_p2p_conficker.nasl" has to be in "nmap_nse/" and there is no
reason to not have a dependency on it.
