well, it is GPL license regarding the code, so: yes. However, you should not pretend it is your own development or your own Copyright though. And of course you need to provide all of your patches (including your customization) together with all of the original code to any of your user as per written offer or as per immediate download. The GPL describes the details. BTW: If you want to develop your entire own Web Interface for OMP, you could use the "face" technology. You find an example in the code. Of course same license requirements apply.
