not exclty sure what you are after, but several aspects probably can be
solved with a (advanced) permission configuration. OpenVAS-8 allows
extended ways.
If you need another GUI, you can either write your own OMP client
like Chris mentioned already or you create a derivative of the current
GSA GUI ("classic") and make it a GSA face (like the ITS example included
in GSA). This works since OpenVAS-7.
