I had a look at the sourcecode of the script, and it only seems to support certain versions of the database schema (133-136). So I assume your tasks.db schema is either too old or too new to work with the migration script.

The easiest way for us to get around that limitation was to just write a script that uses the OMP interface to export/import configurations (also nice for creating backups no matter which backend DB is used). The only thing I ran into that can't be exported via OMP were credentials.
