This looks like the problem that r22981 solved.
I've backported to Manager 6 in r23070, so it will be in the next Manager
release.
In the mean time as a workaround you could create a permanent SQLite
current_credentials table in tasks.db with
CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS current_credentials (id INTEGER PRIMARY KEY,
uuid text UNIQUE NOT NULL);
