Well, tried to reproduce problem with following steps. - installed centos 7 from scratch - updated it to latest - installed my alas scripts - disabled selinux - disabled firewalld
lauched authenticated scan against amazon box and everything worked. maybe it's configuration error on your box? is the selinux enabled? is connectivity working via ssh? is user and credentials correct?
