Is there a way to blacklist a specific NVT or ensure it never runs? In this specific case, the plugin is a potential dependency on newly added NVTs. I want to prevent the plugin from ever running, which would also prevent plugins that depend on it from running as well. I've already tried deprecating the plugin but that doesn't seem to work.
