I've notices what looks like a few bits of OpenVAS 8 in the ART repo for EL6, but not all the packages and dependencies seem to be there for OpenVAS 8, just OpenVAS 7. Any chance of getting OpenVAS 8 packages in the ART EL6 repo before the May, 10, 2016 date? Or is it just not really easily doable to run OpenVAS on EL6? I know I need to roll a new CentOS 7 box, I've just have/had much more pressing issues.
If I don't get upgraded by May, 10, 2016, is my best bet to just to stop updating the Feeds until I get a new OpenVAS 8 system rolled up? Thanks for any ideas or suggestions. -- Andy On Thu, Mar 24, 2016 at 3:33 AM, Jan-Oliver Wagner <[email protected]> wrote: > Dear OpenVAS users, > > the OpenVAS release 7 has reached its end-of-life and the OpenVAS team plans > to discontinue support for this release in 6 weeks from now at May, 10 2016. > > If you still use release 7, please drop a message via any of our support > channels.
