IS RHEL 7 supported? I noticed that RHEL 6 was listed, but not RHEL 7. Do you have a complete list of dependencies? I loaded the Atomic Repo to

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
once again atomic is breaking dependencies, but you are lucky - this time you are not able to solve dependecies
as i had enough they played "it builds it works", pushed a openvas-major upgrade without any testing before (only god knows why they have a testing repo) and *never* tested their own stuff out of their repos and after talking not nice about them blocked our /24 entirely on their firewall including on their dns servers like a child
forget about them and try Fedora - at least with F22/F23 OpenVAS works again - one problem with openvas is that it's a moving target one time beraking because your libraries are too recent and the other time you can't update because your libraries are too old which i honestly did not see for any other software within a few years in such a shape
