Thanks for your answer.

I'll try to copy just scap.db, tasks.db & cert.db
and then run
openvasmd --update
openvasmd --rebuild

If that doesn't work I'll try to copy the whole /var/lib/openvas/scap-data/

P.S. There are a lot of data perverts ;-)
