Hi All,

I'm currenlty using some Excel spreadsheets in order to manage my OpenVAS8
landscape. These spreadsheets interact with OpenVAS using a Windows
compiled version of the CLI (omp.exe). I've downloaded this omp.exe file
quite a few time ago from the Greenbone web site. The exe file is four
years old (1.3+beta2.SVN.r17463) and I'm quite sure that it will not be
able to work properly with OpenVAS9, given the number of changes occurred
in the OMP protocol.

I was no able to find a more recent version of the CLI for Windows from the
Greenbone site. in fact, the previous download link is no longer available.

I know that it should be possible to complile the OpenVAS-CLI under Windows
using MinGW or via a cross-compiling. I've tried to do that by myself, but
I've failed due to the high number of compiling issues encountered.

Is there someone that can share some experiences in cross-compiling the omp
CLI for the Windows platform (an How-to)? Or, is there a place where a
version of this .exe file based on the latest version of the CLI (1.4.5)
can be downloaded?

Many thanks to all in advance,
Andrea
