both links are outdated and not linked anywhere at http://openvas.org/ .
There are only the following instructions for package installs:

http://openvas.org/download.html

guiding you to:

http://openvas.org/install-packages.html

which doesn't contain such instructions.

So its probably just a matter of removing those outdated pages or
redirecting it to the install-packages.html to avoid that people are
stumbling over the first two links from external sources like search
engines or web pages linking to them.
