So this apparently stopped working for me on April 3, which we weren't ready to work with reports right away, but I am trying to make my loop around to fix the issue before needing them for sure.
Here's the current situation. I am not sure if it's from upgrading from version 8 to 9, but it appears a few things have changed which have caused some issues. I used Ansible to update my systems and this OpenVAS server was upgraded as well. I do enjoy version 9, but just trying to fix the issues. My jobs scan at the beginning of every month and I am scanning just network devices, currently. Most of the scan times have dramatically increased in time. One task that normally took 2 hours now takes 18 hours. The same applies for most of the others as well. I am not too concerned about this as most of my jobs finish within several days, so I can space them out. When the task finishes and I see the report, I can download the report, which is the "CSV Results", it downloads perfectly through the GUI. I have several Python scripts that run that does the same thing but uses the OMP to do it. Issue: When trying to run the script, I get "Failed to get report". I tested this on a report that had no results and it downloaded the report fine, which of course had no results. I am not sure if the reports are just too big or does it no longer work like I want it to? Just curious if anyone has seen or know of some things I can try. I don't want to manually download over 100+ reports so that they can be imported into another SIEM. I used to have them all set up with scripts which I could literally just let the system go and it would do everything for me. I just would like to correct this issue.
