Yes, yes, I did not mourne about the size, please understand me correctly. I just wondered, why old feeds from 2009 and so on are still different so that they are downloaded again. I would expect, changes only happen to newer feeds, let's say 2017 or maybe 2016, but not prior.
So, as I said, it is not annoyin, destructive or a pita: I just wondered and wanted to know. On the other hand, it also could possibly a bug in the feed structure or in rsync itself, so decided to inform you.
