It appears PDF reports are being rendered as gibberish in OpenVAS 9. I ran a full, deep scan and though the bookmarks were accurate, the content displayed in the PDF pages was either blank or rendered with broken lines and colored rectangles. I confirmed I have 'texlive-latex-extra --no-install-recommends' since I am running this on Ubuntu Xenial.
