Go to each task and at the bottom you can add permissions. The defaults will grant read permission to your user, group or role you choose.

I want to create an account to show the tasks and results to my team. I was running the tasks using the admin account however even if I created another account with the admin role, using that account you cannot view the hosts/tasks/reports executed using the admin account.
