you fools limit the connection from a source ip to 1
"greenbone-nvt-sync" obviously triggers two

easily to test:
telnet 89.146.224.58 873

try to open another connection

[harry@srv-rhsoft:~]$ telnet 89.146.224.58 873
Trying 89.146.224.58...
telnet: connect to address 89.146.224.58: Connection refused

close teh first one and hit cursor-up + enter
voila it suceeds
