I drop these dependency because both plugins (which make use of
sybase_detect.nasl) do not need it to run.

That's why i drop sybase_detect.nasl as a dependency for the moment.
I also have no sybase available.

I will have a look at all missed .inc and will check if they are all
realy needed. I will drop a mail to the list if done.
