most of the work for CR #42 is done.

I just updated the GSA help and realized that the
CVSS ranges are not exact. IMHO it means
0 <= x==Low <= 2
2 < x==Medium <= 5
5 < x==High <= 8
8 < x==Critical <= 10
Would that be correct?
Actually, we need to update all the risk factors
that does not match this rule regarding CVSS
in order to finalize this CR...
