Hello, Can anyone please tell me why there are two ways of providing SSH credentials in OpenVAS?
I know that the SSH Authorization plug-in also allows you to use a public-key pair instead of a password, while the Credentials feature only allows a username & password pair. However, I would like to know which of these credentials is used for which tests? Are they just alternative and one has priority over the other? Or is one used for a part of the tests, while the other is used for a different part of the test? Many thanks and kind regards, J
