That bug is already fixed in the subversion repository:

http://svn.openvpn.net/projects/openvpn/branches/BETA21/openvpn

and will be released in 2.1-beta6 this week.

As far as bug reporting is concerned, we haven't yet set up a formal bug
reporting web app (it's on the todo list), so it's easiest if you just
post the details of the bug to one of the lists.
