Sorry for the late response. It seems the SF.net bug tracker at

http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=48978&atid=454719

is not being actively monitored and I'm not aware of any other bug
tracker (besides distro-specific trackers). Regardless I think it's best
to post bug reports to SF.net for now - at least the reports are then
easier to locate than old reports sent to devel mailinglist. This is one
of the problems I'm working on currently.
