Currently I don't have the resources to maintain a publicly distributable installer -- keeping in sync with upstream changes and bug fixes would be a major commitment. But I can strip down site-specific configs and make our bundle available as is.. I do not expect you to repackage 2.3 with a new GUI, but If 2.4 will/can come out with a front-end that can run without admin access that would be great.. Best, Selva
