I have seen "2000::/3" used in the wild - some older CentOs boxes just did not like ::/0 as default. This is why... 4::/4 to e::/4 are not covered right now, as this is not IPv6 unicast space (it is very likely to eventually be, but then this is easily extended). Technically, 0::/4 and 1::/4 are not either, but I have seen those used internally.
