ACK, thanks. As discussed in #521 and #180, I'm thinking more along the
lines of a more radical approach to this (removing CAS_PARTIAL, or at
least make it do the right thing - call plugin destructors, and send
AUTH_FAILED). But for the time being this one fixes nicely and cleanly
the issue at hand, with no possibly intended consequences.
Your patch has been applied to the master and release/2.3 branch.
