While the #dhcpclientserv anchor is definitely in the right place,
perhaps usability could be improved somewhat.

One simple option would be to make the anchor visible, so that the user sees

TAP-Win32 adapter is not coming up: "Initialization sequence completed
with errors". [#dhcpclientserv]

instead of

TAP-Win32 adapter is not coming up: "Initialization sequence completed
with errors".

Thoughts?
