This is exactly the same change (modulo some formatting differences)
as was applied to tun.c/win32.c in release/2.6 / commit d383d6e
(the iservice part is not needed in master/2.7 as the DNS stuff has been
fully rewritten).
So I did not re-test this, besides "does it compile with mingw" (and the
BBs are happy).
Your patch has been applied to the master branch.
