Siphash 4 ever ;-)
As I know Arne did quite a bit of benchmarking and testing here, and this
has a +2 from Frank, I did only cursorily stare-at-code. The t_server test
bed is happy, though, so it seems "this stuff works"...
One might to throw a few gremlins at it for good measure...
