doc: document net_gateway_ipv6 for --route-ipv6
The IPv4 special gateway keywords are listed under --route, but the IPv6
counterpart had no entry anywhere, so the only way to discover it was to
read route.c. Describe it where --route-ipv6 documents its gateway
parameter, and point at the --route text for the shared semantics.
