Thank you, David Sommerseth! It definitely is my ISP. They are limiting my MTU to 576. I already opened a support ticket. Switching to TCP is a bit of a problem because of firewalls on the server side.
The tunnel works now by using fragment 125 - but it's really really slow. Still, for a temporary workaround it is okay. Greetings, Richard Am Dienstag, 26.
