Thanks for the pointer.
Looking at this, it seems that they are just using OpenVPN as part of
their larger system, and not actually using the OpenVPN source for
the bitmask stuff - so there is no license obligation. OTOH it's open
anyway :-)
But as far as I read the docs, it's *more* than "just VPN", so you can't
really call it "OpenVPN with enhanced security features" - it's a security
package with mail, chat, *and* VPN.
