Hello This issue still exist with the latest stable openvpn build for Windows and Windows 8.1 X64.

I don't want to make workarounds to put in automatic tasks and watchguard processes etc, openvpn service should be able to do this on it's own just like it works flawlessly with linux. As of some people noted that it works with the openvpn gui, I want to use the service which gives the possibility to be able to remotely login to the machine via VPN before the user would even log in. I think this bug should be the most important to fix instead of adding any new features. Is there anybody aware of this has been fixed in the development version?
