Hi,
There is no source package per se. The sources are vanilla OpenVPN
sources from http://openvpn.net and the Debian control files plus sbuild
wrapper scripts are available here:

Hi,
I’ve downloaded debian package for OpenVPN 2.3.6 from
http://swupdate.openvpn.net/apt/pool/wheezy/main/o/openvpn/openvpn_2.3.6-debian0_amd64.deb,
which is OK.
I need to build this package myself. Does anybody know where I can
find the corresponding source package?
