Use IPv6?

With IPv4, you've maneuvered yourself into a corner where you can choose
between various variants of pain

 - renumber LAN1 or LAN2 to have non-overlapping addresses
 - use NAT on the VPN server so "LAN2" appears to use different addresses
   when seen from the VPN
 - ...
