Without knowing which server you're connecting to, it's somewhat hard
to answer whether there is "a server problem today".

*My* servers are all working fine.

(I did a few tests with the newly upgraded iOS OpenVPN client - 1.0.7 - and
it connects fine to my servers.  So check the log file on server and client
why it's not working - 1.0.7 packages a new mbedTLS library, which might
be pickier about your certificates than the old version)
