Hello I live and work in Uruguay. 300ms RTT Europe is expected as a normal delay. South America Europe traffic is normally done by Miami I agree with comments from Selva I have worked with satellite connections (more than 1000ms) ... always it depends on the type of data you want to transmit and its features (interactive or not) But correctmente 300ms can work in most scenarios.
