Background information on why I can't use the --nobind option can be found on

Basically I can not alter the server configuration.
I start and stop a large number of client connections, with the same client, in
a short time.
With --nobind, the servers IP pool is quickly exhausted. Using static ports
with --lport, this can be prevented, as the same IPs are reissued for the
client/port.
