This is a follow-up on my previous subject, "Packet flow and ICMP/MTU question"
Now I wanted to put more detail and found following document that was stored

Looking at the picture on page 7, example endpoint 1:
Encrypt->Fragment
That looks not in line with the "final" diagram 5 attached at the end in
"Packet flow and ICMP/MTU question".
