here we can only guess, but that would be a waste of time. You really have to spend some time describing what you are doing, what is the problem you are trying to solve and where you think other people can help. Throwing a one-line email can't be enough to explain other people what you want to achieve. Failover per-se might be implemented differently based on what failure you want to circumvent.
