In that case, please ask your VPN provider about the correct settings
for their service, and whether these warnings are relevant.  They know
what the server is doing, what their client config is doing, and what
they are taking your money for :-)

From the looks across your heap of mails it looks like they are using
AES-256-GCM, which includes auth in the AEAD cipher (so, "auth none" 
is OK).
