Putting the tun interface (+routes!) into a VRF after (!) OpenVPN has 
brought it up should "just work" (because in that case OpenVPN doesn't 
need to know anything about VRF - it will just deliver packets to the 
kernel driver, who needs to be in the right instance).

Only "openvpn will put ifconfig+route into the right VRF on its own"
needs OpenVPN support, which is not there yet.
