It should be, but I'm not sure if --fragment can be set on a per-client
basis (yet)...

--mssfix can be set on a per-client basis

--fragment is totally OS-independent, so "supported everywhere".

--mtu-disc (which complements --fragment to some extent) is "linux only"
if I remember right.
