That or look for addtap.bat which should be in somewhere like
%PROGRAMFILES%\Tap-Windows\bin and run it as admin. I believe
these utilities are installed for 2.4.x and earlier unless you customized
the installation.

If possible use 2.5.x and tapctl.exe
