The "server IP address" - at least for UDP based OpenVPN sessions - needs
to be sorted "somewhere" in our socket structure, so the "send packet"
path can choose the right source address.
That said, I have no idea if it is ever exposed to management API or
plugin/script env... "some reading of the source" is needed.
