Yes, but "how do I find where the running process's management interface
*is*, and what password the start-job used".  There is interesting caveats
here.

But there's a few tricky bits... like "how to find the currently running
instances", "how do remember which port was used for management".

"password" could be something generated, stored in HKCU...
