Hello thanks for the reply.

Yes, i use ip forwarding:

grep net.ipv4.ip_forward /etc/sysctl.conf
net.ipv4.ip_forward=1

No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Debian
Description: Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye)
Release: 11
Codename: bullseye

In the instance I try to connect to, I have allowed access to port 22 through
the OpenVPN instance:

nc -v 10.54.x.x 22
Connection to 10.54.x.x 22 port [tcp/ssh] succeeded!
SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_8.4p1 Debian-5+deb11u1

When I activate the VPN from a client I don’t reach any server

Any idea?

ssh john@10.54.x.x
ssh: connect to host 10.54.x.x port 22: Network is unreachable

Did you enable ip forwarding on the server?

It's always routing... enabling forwarding on the openvpn server,
plus ensuring destination servers know how to reach the clients
(route back).
