The result is the same: dco is disabled. Many months ago, when I was using the 2.5.x versions of OpenVPN, I added "--data-ciphers-fallback AES-256-CBC" to my config files and the result was the same, which was that the warning about the deprecation of using "cipher AES-256-CBC" disappeared.
