COPR packages (ie:
https://download.copr.fedorainfracloud.org/results/dsommers/openvpn-release-2.6/epel-10-x86_64/09807805-openvpn/openvpn-2.6.16-1.el10.x86_64.rpm)
appear to be built against "centos-stream and epel10" instead of "stable
rhel/derivatives and epel-10z" (important "z").
ie:
https://download.copr.fedorainfracloud.org/results/dsommers/openvpn-release-2.6/epel-10-x86_64/09807805-openvpn/builder-live.log.gz:

Is this the new norm?
This could make packages incompatible with systems running stable
rhel/derivatives and stable epel-10z.
