Sorry. You need to be a Jira Administrator. Once you have the karma, choose Administration -> Project (e.g. OpenEJB) -> Notification Scheme Edit
Then add "Single Email Address" operations for each of the events. If you want administrator karma, let me know and I can set you up... --kevan
