Resolution: Fixed
@PersistenceUnit injetion works so far in a standard environment via
Persistence#getEntityManagerFactory().
In J2EE environments, we have to implement the
org.apache.webbeans.spi.JPAService
to get the EntityManagerFactory from the EJB container.
